Richard Emberley founded Mass Mechanical in 1985, starting with a shed and a truck parked in his driveway. From those modest beginnings grew a family business serving homeowners and builders across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
Today, his son Aaron Emberley leads the company into its second generation, building on the foundation his father established. From maintaining a family’s heating system to designing and installing the mechanical systems in a custom home, our focus remains personal: understanding the home, caring about the details, and taking pride in the work that bears our family’s name.
